Methodological note

Full time equivalent jobs are defined as the total number of hours worked divided by the mean annual hours worked in full time jobs in the economic territory.

The variable Total includes full time equivalent jobs held by both wage-earners and self-employed.

The annual estimates of full time equivalent jobs correspond to the 2019 GDP Benchmark Revision and its supply, demand and income components. Moreover, the estimates for the last three years (t–1, t–2 and t–3) are provisional; in addition, those for the last two years (t–1 and t–2) are an advance of results basically produced with short-term information, whereas those for year t–3 are produced with structural information.
