The Survey on Quality of Life at Work is a statistic whose primary objective is to obtain information on the well-being and satisfaction perceived by the working population in relation to the work they perform, as well as their physical and emotional working conditions. The Survey also includes aspects related to labour relations, such as job organisation, salaries and safety.
The Survey on Quality of Life at Work is a statistical operation performed annually by the Ministry of Labour and Immigration for the whole of Spain. Since 2006, Idescat and the Catalan Ministry of Labour have provided more extensive results for Catalonia as a result of a collaboration agreement with the Spanish Ministry.
