EU Statistics on University Teaching

Obtaining the basic statistics of Catalan universities in relation to their teaching activity. Until the 2021-2022 academic year, this collection of information was carried out only in relation to official studies. As of the 2022-2023 academic year, this statistical action also includes information related to unofficial postgraduate courses taught at Catalan universities. The inclusion of the teaching statistics of these unofficial studies allows quantifying and analyzing this activity, while also guarantees the international comparability of the Catalan University System, since the majority of international reference indicators are in the field of higher education or tertiary and do not distinguish between official and unofficial studies. The data are obtained and published in blocks throughout the course and in June all the information is available.
