IBI Property Tax

Idescat provides information on land registry and the property tax (IBI), according to whether the property is of an urban or rural nature.

The results are annually presented by municipalities, counties and areas of the Territorial Plan and for Catalonia.

Idescat draws up this information upon the basis of data from the General Directorate of Real Estate Cadastre of the Spanish Tax Ministry and Public Administrations.
