The Statistics on Rural Tourism Accommodation Activity are quarterly statistics which provide information on tourism activity in Catalonia in this type of accommodation.

Idescat provides data on the number of travellers and overnight stays, and the rural tourism accommodation occupancy rate. It also disaggregates these variables according to the origin of the travellers and the destination tourism brand.

The primary source of information is the Rural Tourist Accommodation Occupancy Survey carried out monthly by the INE.
