Idescat updates the Non-Economic At Risk of Poverty and Social Exclusion Territorial Indicators with data from 2016.
The At Risk of Poverty and Social Exclusion Territorial Indicators are the result of a particular form of processing data from available administrative and statistical sources for Catalonia. The aim is to obtain indicators on the population at risk of suffering economic poverty, material scarcity and social exclusion. It is comprised of 19 indicators, classified in four areas (monetary income, job market, demography and social protection), the last three of which are now being updated.
The results are displayed by basic social service areas, by Counties and Aran, and for the whole of Catalonia.
Idescat and the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Families are in charge of producing these Indicators.
