SORT journal: impact factor 2017

The official impact factor for 2017 of SORT has been published and stands at 1.344, according to Clarivate Analytics (Web of Science - Journal Citation Reports).

The index has risen compared to 2016 (0.812) and the highest number has been reached since SORT indexation. The journal continues to meet the international standards of prestigious scientific publications. The value of the 2017 impact factor has been obtained by dividing the number of times articles published in 2015 and 2016 have been cited during 2017, between articles published in the previous two years (2015 and 2016) and in accordance with the data from the Science Citation Index.
