The end of the state of alarm on 21 June has not meant the removal of access controls in Spain, pursuant to Order INT/551/2020, of 21 June, in force until 30 June, whereby the criteria for the implementation of a temporary restriction on non-essential travel from non-EU countries to the European Union and Schengen member countries for reasons of public order and public health due to the health crisis caused by COVID-19 are extended. These restrictions habe been limited to port and airport access routes. Thus, for Catalonia the information is complete with regard to travel by foreign visitors in July, and it is considered that the data are of sufficient quality to be disseminated.
