Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 10/2024

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year 3.0% in Catalonia in October 2024 and stood at 129.91 euros. As far as tourism brands, Barcelona, Costa Barcelona and Paisatges Barcelona showed the highest values (188.57 euros, 91.37 euros and 83.16 euros, respectively), with positive variation rates of of 2.9%, 10.4% and 5.8%, respectively.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) increased by 0.4% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 92.25 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
