Construction tenders include the construction of family dwellings and group establishments, as well as buildings whose purpose is the development of an activity (non-residential building).
Civil works tenders include constructions on any property (excluding buildings) with the purpose of being used collectively, such as railway infrastructures, roads, airports, ports, electrical power production and transformation stations, sanitation works, etc.
