Maps of the census tracts of Catalonia. 2022

Idescat, together with the Cartographic and Geological Institute of Catalonia (ICGC), has published the territorial boundaries (geometry) of the census tracts of Catalonia in Shapefile and WMS formats, corresponding to the Continuous Population Register of 2022 (reference date 1 January).

This new update for the 2022 is at a scale of 1:5,000, which is the scale that started to be used in 2017. Updates until 2016 were at a scale of 1:50,000.

The 2022 layer can be viewed on the Territorial and Entity Codes, Census Tracts page, and the Cartographic and Geological Institute of Catalonia viewer.
