Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 06/2023

The average daily Rate (ADR) at hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year 5.8% in Catalonia in June 2023 and stood at 125.19 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Barcelona, Costa Brava and Costa Barcelona showed the highest values (181.22, 94.53 and 93.61 euros, respectively), with positive variation rates of 8.2%, 5.8% and 6.3%, respectively.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) increased by 6.9% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 90.23 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
