Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 07/2023

The average daily Rate (ADR) at hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year 6.4% in Catalonia in July 2023 and stood at 130.98 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Barcelona, Costa Daurada and Costa Brava showed the highest values (169.36, 123.53 and 119.86 euros, respectively), with positive variation rates of 7.7%, 8.1% and 5.7%, respectively.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) increased by 8.8% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 104.00 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
