Large Store Sales Index. 07/2023

The Large Store Sales Index (IVGS) of Catalonia at current prices increased by 4.7% in July 2023 compared to the same month of 2022. By product group, food sales increased by 5.6% and sales of other products by 3.9%.

At constant prices (i.e., eliminating the effect of prices) the index registered a year-over-year variation of 2.9%. By product group, sales of food products decreased by 3.9%, while sales of other products increased by 11.1%.
