Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 09/2023

The average daily Rate (ADR) at hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year 4.7% in Catalonia in September 2023 and stood at 119.33 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Barcelona, Costa Brava and Costa Barcelona showed the highest values (175.45, 91.23 and 89.69 euros, respectively), with positive variation rates of 7.0%, 3.1% and 9.1%, respectively.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) increased by 10.9% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 91.41 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
