Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 10/2023

The average daily Rate (ADR) at hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year 12.8% in Catalonia in October 2023 and stood at 125.64 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Barcelona, Costa Barcelona and Costa Brava showed the highest values (184.53, 82.48 and 79.26 euros, respectively), with positive variation rates of 19.9%, 13.7% and 8.8%, respectively.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) increased by 19.7% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 91.54 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
