Indicators of Service Sector Activity. Turnover Index. 07/2023

The Turnover Index in Service Sector (IASSVN) increased by 2.6% on a year-over-year basis in Catalonia in July 2023. By activity sectors, there was an increase in trade (1.8%) and other services, this is to say, non-commercial sectors (3.8%). Within these other services, professional, scientific and technical activities and information and communications increased by 17.9% and 15.2%, respectively. On the other hand, accommodation and food service activities and transport and storage stood out, with decreases of 6.5% and 4.0%, respectively.
