Indicators of Service Sector Activity. Turnover Index. 09/2023

The Turnover Index in Service Sector (IASSVN) decreased by 0.3% on a year-over-year basis in Catalonia in September 2023. By activity sectors, there was a decrease in trade (−0.8%) while other services, that is, non-commercial sectors, increased by 0.4%. Within the latter, information and communications stood out, with an increase of 17.7%. On the other hand, transport and storage and administrative and support service activities stood out, with decreases of 8.9% and 4.2%, respectively.
