Idescat has published its Customer Service Charter

Idescat is providing its users with a new quality tool: the Customer Service Charter. It contains the main services provided by Idescat, its efficiency and service quality commitments, and the participatory mechanisms to enable users to improve the service.

The services included in the Charter are as follows: the dissemination of official statistics, communications on statistical results, personalised user attention, the processing of made-to-measure statistical results, the issuance of certifications and a library.

In order to product this Customer Service Charter, Idescat has taken into account the Guia per a l’elaboració de cartes de serveis de la Generalitat de Catalunya [Customer Service Charter Preparation Guide by the Government of Catalonia].
