The Industry Turnover Index for industrial products, excluding energy, registered a year-over-year increase of 0.5% in Catalonia in October 2025.

The Turnover Index in Service Sector increased by 5.6% on a year-over-year basis in Catalonia in October 2025.

In 2024, women participated more in household and family tasks (90.9%, with an average of 3 h 37 min) than men, who participated less (83.2%, with an average of 2 h 24 min).

Idescat is launching a new section of experimental statistics with the Territorial Wage Statistics. Residents of Sant Cugat del Vallès earned the highest average wage income among municipalities with more than 50,000 inhabitants, above 54,000 euros gross in 2024.
