Consumer Price Index. 04/2023

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) increased by 3.9% in year-over-year terms in Catalonia in April 2023. The groups with the highest inflation have been Food and non-alcoholic beverages (12.2%), Alcoholic beverages and tobacco (8.6%), Hotels, cafés and restaurants (7.2%) and Household goods (6.7%) . The only group with a negative variation rate has been Housing (−9.2%).
