Population of Catalonia georeferenced at January 1, 2022

Idescat offers data on the georeferenced population of Catalonia from the Statistical Population Register as of 1 January 2022, with the variables of sex, age, nationality and place of birth.

The information is presented in a Zip compression file, which contains the files in Shapefile format, and the associated methodology, in PDF format.

The georeferenced data are presented in a multiresolution grid (62.5 m, 125 m and 250 m) compatible with the EEA Reference grid (European Environment Agency) .
