Statistics on Foreign Tourism. 06/2025

The number of foreign tourists who arrived in Catalonia in June 2025 stood at 2.0 million, a figure that remained basically stable in comparison to a year ago. By country of habitual residence, the countries from which the majority of tourists came from were France, United Kingdom and the United States, with 300.6, 263.4 and 234.3 thousand tourists, respectively.

On the other hand, by reason for traveling, leisure trips, business trips and trips for other reasons (health, studies, family...) have a tourist influx of 1.7 million, 203.9 and 88.1 thousand tourists, respectively.

As for the principal type of accommodation, hotels and similar have an influx of 1.6 million tourists, and rented homes accommodated 135.1 thousand tourists.
