Consumer Price Index. 09/2025

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) increased by 2.6% on a year-over-year basis in Catalonia in September 2025. All groups showed positive rates of change. The groups with the highest inflation were housing (5.2%), alcoholic beverages and tobacco (4.2%) and education (3.7%).

In this period, the core inflation (general index without unprocessed food and energy products) was 2.0% in Catalonia.
