Consumer Price Index. 12/2025

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) increased by 2.5% on a year-over-year basis in Catalonia in December 2025. All groups showed positive rates of change. The groups with the highest inflation were alcoholic beverages and tobacco, housing and hotels, cafés and restaurants (all with 4.1%).

In this period, the core inflation (general index without unprocessed food and energy products) was 2.2% in Catalonia.
