EB Library Statistics

Library Statistics is based on two methodologies: for public libraries in Catalonia through the SÍNTESI information system, which provides statistical data on the libraries that make up the Public Reading System of Catalonia and for non-public libraries a web-based survey is conducted. In both cases, information is collected on the structure, operation, equipment, personnel, services and expenses.

Idescat carried out the Library Survey until 2018. The data are available at Library Survey.
