Contents of the survey
The Survey consists of various questionnaires aimed at households and the people residing in them.
The questions in each questionnaire follow a sequence and flows established based on the answers. Some of the questions are not asked because the information is obtained from administrative files (FA). There are also sections at the end of the questionnaires called additional modules (M-), in which the questions change theme each year.
The different questionnaires are briefly described below.
The Household Form gathers basic information of the people living in the dwellings.
The Household questionnaire gathers information on aspects related to the surveyed household. Specifically, the following information is requested:

- B. Main dwelling owned by the household
- C. Main dwelling rented by the household
- D. Main dwelling in free assignment
- E. Expenses for the main dwelling when owned or provided free of charge
- H. Income from capital income (AF)
- G. Household economic situation
- H. Income from capital income (FA)
- I. Income from property rental
- J. Transfers among households
- K. Regular wealth taxes
- L. Income of children under 16 years of age in 2025
- N. Self-consumption
- O. Income evolution
- MT2. Additional module: dwelling conditions
- MR. Additional module: over-indebtedness, consumption and household wealth
The Individual questionnaire gathers information about each person aged 16 and over living in the household. Specifically, the following information is requested:
- A. Current main activity
- B. Characteristics of last main job
- C. Characteristics of current main job
- D. Other jobs
- E. Situation in the economic activity in 2025 and prior years
- F. General income
- G. Monetary income from paid employment (FA)
- H. Use of company cars in the year 2025
- I. Other non-cash income from paid employment
- J. Income from self-employment
- K. Income from social benefits (AF)
- L. Private non-work-related pension schemes
- N. Income tax (IRPF) in 2025 (AF)
- O. Health
- P. Access to healthcare
