Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 11/2023

The average daily Rate (ADR) at hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year 11.6% in Catalonia in November 2023 and stood at 118.76 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Barcelona, Costa Barcelona and Costa Daurada showed the highest values (141.63, 82.46 and 78.99 euros, respectively). Barcelona and Costa Barcelona show positive variation rates of 13.4% and 12.6%, respectively, while Costa Daurada has a negative rate of 9.6%.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) increased by 16.8% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 76.97 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
