Statistics on Contributory Pensions. Passive Classes of the State Pensions 2023

A total of 66,187 State pensions were paid to civil servants (chiefly teaching and healthcare personnel) and military servants in Catalonia under the passive class system in December 2023. These pensions increased by 3.0% in comparison with the previous year. The annual economic volume totalled 2,046 million euros, 11.5% more than the previous year, and the average pension amounted to 2,210 euro, 9.7% more than in December 2022.
