Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 11/2024

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year 8.3% in Catalonia in November 2024 and stood at 128.96 euros. As far as tourism brands, Barcelona, Costa Barcelona and Paisatges Barcelona showed the highest values (154.69 euros, 91.54 euros and 91.16 euros euros, respectively), with positive variation rates of of 8.9%, 12.3% and 16.5%, respectively.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) increased by 6.6% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 81.95 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
