Large Store Sales Index. 11/2024

The Large Store Sales Index (IVGS) of Catalonia at current prices increased by 1.3% in November 2024 compared to the same month of 2023. By product group, the increase is due to the increase in sales of food products (4.2%), as sales of other products decreased (−1.6%).

At constant prices (i.e., eliminating the effect of prices) the index decreased by 1.7% year-over-year. Food sales increased by 2.0%, while sales of other products decreased by 5.4%.
