Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 02/2025

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments decreased by a year-over-year 0.5% in Catalonia in February 2025 and stood at 130.49 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Val d'Aran, Barcelona and Paisatges Barcelona showed the highest values (184.88 euros, 154.51 euros and 95.57 euros euros, respectively), with positive variation rates forVal d'Aran (15.4%) and Paisatges Barcelona (15.8%), and a negative rate for Barcelona (−0.1%)

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) decreased by 1.7% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 85.48 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
