Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 04/2025

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments decreased by a year-over-year 5.8% in Catalonia in April 2025 and stood at 124.91 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Barcelona, Paisatges Barcelona and Val d'Aran showed the highest values (174.87 euros, 132.51 euros and 87.58 euros, respectively). Paisatges Barcelona and Val d'Aran had positive variation rates of 46.7% and 3.9%, respectively, while Barcelona had a negative variation rate of 7.6%.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) fell by 5.2% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 84.13 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
