Large Store Sales Index. 04/2025

The Large Store Sales Index (IVGS) of Catalonia remains practically stable (−0.1%) in April 2025 compared to the same month of 2024. By product group, food sales increased by 3.2%, while sales of other products decreased by 3.8%.

At constant prices (i.e., eliminating the effect of prices) the Index decreased by 1.9% year over year. By product group, food sales increased by 0.9% and sales of non-food products decreased by 5.0%.
