Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 05/2025

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year rate of 11.0% in Catalonia in May 2025 and stood at 137.86 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Barcelona, Paisatges Barcelona and Costa Barcelona showed the highest values (230.55 euros, 126.70 euros and 86.93 euros, respectively), with positive variation rates of 19.7%, 45.4% and 3.4%, respectively.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) grew by 9.9% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 99.28 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
