Large Store Sales Index. 05/2025

The Large Store Sales Index (IVGS) of Catalonia increased by 2.7% in May 2025 compared to the same month of 2024. By product group, food sales increased by 3.0% and sales of the rest of products by 2.4%.

At constant prices (i.e., eliminating the effect of prices) the Index showed a year-over-year growth of 0.7%. Food sales increased by 0.3% and those of the rest of products by 1.3%.
