Business Climate Survey. Q2/2025

The business situation of companies in Catalonia in the second quarter of 2025 registered a balance of 11.9 points. A total of 22.5% of the managers had a favourable opinion of their business situation in the first quarter was 22.5%, while a total of 10.6% had an unfavourable opinion. The remaining 66.9% considered that their business situation remained stable.

By activity sector, all of them have positive balances. The sectors of construction, accommodation and food service activities and other services stand out with balances of 12.8, 14.6 and 14.9 points, respectively.

Moreover, expectations regarding the business situation for the third quarter of 2025 registered a balance of 11.9 points. A total of 22.0% of managers believe that their business situation will be favourable, while 10.1% believe that it will be unfavourable. The remaining 67.9% believe that it will remain stable.
