Social Welfare and Progress Indicators. 2024

Idescat updates the Social Welfare and Progress Indicators (INDBPS). Data for the year 2024 have been incorporated in 41 indicators out of a total of 52, covering all thematic areas. In addition, data for the year 2023 have been completed and updated in five indicators from different areas: two indicators in Health, one in Environment, one in Safety and Transport and one in Leisure and Culture.

These indicators, first published in September 2017, were promoted by the Directorate General for Budget and the Directorate General for Analysis and Economic Forecasting, both of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and Idescat, in compliance with Resolution 17/XI of the Parliament of Catalonia.
