Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 06/2025

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year rate of 0.9% in Catalonia in June 2025 and stood at 135.26 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Barcelona, Paisatges Barcelona and Costa Daurada showed the highest values (210.17 euros, 113.81 euros and 100.26 euros, respectively), with positive variation rates of 1.4%, 19.5% and 9.2%, respectively.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) grew by 3.0% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 104.70 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
