Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 07/2025

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year 1.1% in Catalonia in July 2025 and stood at 141.01 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Barcelona, Costa Daurada and Costa Brava showed the highest values (177.84 euros, 136.40 euros i 128.97 euros, respectively). Costa Daurada and Costa Brava had positive variation rates of 4.3% and 1.9%, respectively, while Barcelona had a negative variation rate of 2.3%.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) rose by 1.6% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 113.77 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
