Large Store Sales Index. 07/2025

The Large Store Sales Index (IVGS) of Catalonia decreased by 2.4% in July 2025 compared to the same month of 2024. By product group, food sales increased by 2.6%, while sales of the rest of products decreased by 6.6%.

At constant prices (i.e., eliminating the effect of prices) the Index showed a year-over-year fall of 4.8%. Sales of non-food products decreased (−9.0%), while food sales remained stable (0.0%).
