Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 08/2025

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments remains constant in Catalonia in August 2025 and stood at 146.28 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Barcelona, Costa Brava and Paisatges Barcelona showed the highest values (163.94 euros, 151.08 euros and 137.91 euros, respectively). Costa Brava and Paisatges Barcelona had positive variation rates of 4.2% and 59.1%, respectively, while Barcelona had a negative variation rate of 4.2%.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) rose by 1.0% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 124.42 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
