Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 09/2025

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments decreased by a year-over-year 3.0% in Catalonia in September 2025 and stood at 128.58 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Barcelona, Costa Brava and Costa Barcelona showed the highest values (194.81 euros, 100.21 euros and 98.14 euros, respectively). Costa Brava and Costa Barcelona had positive variation rates of 0.7% and 3.7%, respectively, while Barcelona had a negative variation rate of 5.4%.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) decreased by 1.2% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 101.35 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
