Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 10/2025

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments decreased by a year-over-year 4.0% in Catalonia in October 2025 and stood at 123.93 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Barcelona, Paisatges Barcelona and Costa Barcelona showed the highest values (186.31 euros, 101.76 euros and 83.15 euros, respectively). Barcelona and Costa Barcelona had negative variation rates of 1.0% and 8.6%, respectively, while Paisatges Barcelona had a positive variation rate of 17.3%.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) decreased by 5.4% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 89.32 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
