Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 11/2025

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year 1.3% in Catalonia in November 2025 and stood at 130.32 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Barcelona, Paisatges Barcelona and Costa Barcelona showed the highest values (154.38 euros, 117.28 euros and 89.44 euros, respectively). Barcelona and Paisatges Barcelona had positive variation rates of 0.5% and 28.9%, respectively, while Costa Barcelona had a negative variation rate of 2.6%.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) increased by 6.1% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 86.61 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
