Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 12/2024 and year 2024. Provisional data

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year 1.4% in Catalonia in December 2025 and stood at 115.56 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Val d'Aran, Barcelona and Paisatges Barcelona showed the highest values (188.09, 130.40 and 104.75 euros, respectively). On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) increased by 6.2% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 64.06 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.

In 2025, the Average Daily Rate (ADR) increased by 1.7% in comparison with 2024 and stood at 133.22 euros. Moreover, Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR) increased by 3.0% and stood at 96.02 euros, according to provisional data.
