Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 01/2026

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year 0.4% in Catalonia in January 2026 and stood at 119.78 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Vall d'Aran, Barcelona and Paisatges Barcelona showed the highest values (176.91 euros, 135.36 euros and 131.07 euros, respectively), with positive variation rates of 5.0%, 0.1% and 40.1%, respectively.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) increased by 3.2% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 68.48 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
