Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 02/2026

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments decreased by a year-over-year 0.4% in Catalonia in February 2026 and stood at 130.06 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Vall d'Aran, Barcelona and Pirineus showed the highest values (191.45 euros, 153.11 euros and 94.23 euros, respectively). Vall d'Aran and Pirineus had positive variation rates of 4.2% and of 16.9%, respectively, while Barcelona had a negative variation rate of 0.7%.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) increased by 0.8% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 86.13 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
