Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 02/2026

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year 3.4% in Catalonia in March 2026 and stood at 142.89 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Barcelona, Vall d'Aran and Paisatge Barcelona showed the highest values (187.86 euros, 155.25 euros and 96.10 euros, respectively). Barcelona and Vall d'Aran had positive variation rates of 7.6% and of 3.2%, respectively, while Paisatges Barcelona had a negative variation rate of 19.2%.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) increased by 0.9% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 88,66 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
