Indicators of Hotel Sector Profitability. 04/2026

The average daily rate (ADR) in hotel establishments increased by a year-over-year 7.5% in Catalonia in April 2026 and stood at 133.10 euros. As far as tourism brands are concerned, Barcelona, Paisatge Barcelona and Costa Barcelona showed the highest values (191.68 euros, 102.57 euros and 93.66 euros, respectively). Barcelona and Costa Barcelona had positive variation rates of 10.5% and of 3.6%, respectively, while Paisatges Barcelona had a negative variation rate of 22.2%.

On the other hand, the revenue per available room (RevPar) increased by 11.6% compared to the same month of the previous year and stood at 91.23 euros, according to the Hotel Occupancy Survey.
